事情是這樣的，話說這次Dragon Age 2的特典版本搭送了一堆DLC(Download Content)武器與2個DLC劇情還多個同伴，據說價值就有好幾塊美金，何況身為DA Fans當然有特典就要訂特典嘍。沒想到因為一時失誤讓代碼兌換的帳號無法連結到Gametag。

特點附贈的代碼卡，有好幾組。

像裡面主角拿的這把刃杖就是DLC，不過這是免費的，不用預購。免費DLC

在冒險之前，當然就是要先把DLC給兌換出來，手上有些神兵在冒險路途上總是比較順遂。而除了劇情部分的DLC是直接在遊戲裡面兌換之外，其他的代碼還得到Bioware Social Network的平台去兌換，不過比較不一樣的是在Bioware網站裡面是沒辦法設定XBOX360的遊戲帳號Gametag，還得到EA網站上註冊帳號後才能跟Gametag連結，於是就到EA網站上註冊常用的帳號，同時也在Bioware網站上把所有代碼兌換，之後檢查才發現裝備部分的DLC並沒有連結過來，直覺就是Bioware帳號沒跟Gametag連結，發狠的到EA網站用Gametag帳號申請了另一個帳號，雖然這就跟Gametag連上但對於Bioware帳號跟Gametag帳號並沒有幫助。

一開始覺得沒甚麼，想說算了，當初一代我也沒兌換DLC武器。不過後來加入了個精靈戰士，偏偏他看起來就是拿雙手劍的料，而且聽說這代裡面雙手劍很強，那就更需要把好雙手劍才行。覺得這事情不解決不行，上網搜尋看看是不是也有人有相同問題，後來就索性直接在客服裡問了。

We apologize for the inconvenience, but two accounts cannot be merged. The account registered once cannot be unregistered. You will need to login to the game using the same account name and password with which you have registered the game.

I have issued a code for you, please redeem it again and enjoy the playing. I would tell you that it is not possible to generate code for everyone but as you are our valuable customer that's why I have done it for you.

I have some question about two account and redeem code,

In actually, I already redeem 2 promo code on the Bioware social network, but I can't find this content on my game, then I use the account login to EA, I find I can't link to my XBOX 360 gametag, So i create a new account on EA using my email of gametag, but it not useful.

So, Can I combine the two account's content or I need to delete a one account?
Could you help me to solve this problem, Thank in advance.

雖然回答是挺官方，也是意料中的處理，但看到"這可不是人人都有的喔，因為你是我們價值的客戶才有的"，就覺得備受尊重。果然是會吵的孩子有糖吃，不要讓自己的權益睡著了。

事後才想到，要是當初在EA網站上登入後，使用更改電子信箱的選項其實就可以了。做事還是得思考一下才行啊。
